Software Engineer – Machine Learning for Visual Recognition

We are looking for a Software Engineer with creative ideas in artificial intelligence, visual analysis, data storage and security. Our team at Ouva combines empathetic design and innovative technologies to advance healthcare experience. What You'll Do:

You will work on a variety of innovative and meaningful projects, from developing vision machine learning algorithms for applications such as patient monitoring, to building a training infrastructure for the core machine learning platform. Your solutions will make a significant impact in how patients perceive their hospital experience and how the caretakers track patient well-being. Ability to empathize with users during the processes of check-in, waiting, wayfinding, and more, will be a point of success in optimizing the aspects of patient monitoring, patient flow, workflow optimization and more.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of work or educational experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
  • Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: C/C++ or Python.
  • Experience with visual recognition, classification, insight generation and similar.
  • Exposure to deep learning frameworks including Keras, Tensorflow, Caffe, Torch.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical field.
  • GPU programming experience.
