Continuity Objectives

Continuity Strategy
Section titled “Continuity Strategy”- Critical services are deployed on managed cloud platforms (Supabase, Netlify) that provide built-in redundancy, automated backups, and infrastructure-level availability controls.
- Operational runbooks define fallback procedures for core service and support workflows.
- Incident response and continuity plans are coordinated to reduce time-to-recovery.
- Remote-first tools support distributed response during site-level disruption.
Backup and Restore Readiness
Section titled “Backup and Restore Readiness”- Production data and service state are backed up on a defined schedule.
- Backup integrity and recoverability are validated through regular restore testing.
- Recovery priorities are set by business criticality and customer impact.
Communication During Disruption
Section titled “Communication During Disruption”- Internal escalation paths are documented and accessible to all operations personnel.
- Customer updates are provided through approved communication channels during significant service interruptions.
- Post-incident communication includes service status, mitigation summary, and follow-up actions as applicable.
Testing and Plan Maintenance
Section titled “Testing and Plan Maintenance”- Continuity procedures are exercised at least annually and after major platform changes.
- Findings are documented and translated into corrective actions and playbook updates.
